Lyndle joined 4 Life Physiotherapy in 2025. Coming from South Africa, Lyndle made Australia her new home in 2021. With her family, she has been living in Central Queensland ever since, but decided to add to their list of adventures, by moving across the country to Perth, in December 2024.
Lyndle graduated from the University of Pretoria in 2005 with her Bachelor of Physiotherapy Degree with Cum Laude. As a private practice owner in South Africa, Lyndle worked closely within a multi-disciplinary team, and also gained experience working together with rugby union teams, both on and off the field. Lyndle has a strong interest in, and love for sport and orthopaedics, and all forms of musculoskeletal-related conditions.

- Lyndle is a huge Springbok Rugby fan!
- She cannot stand a mess, and hates cockroaches.
- Every September, Lyndle celebrates her “Month of Madness”. This is her bucket list month, where she sets time aside to do anything extreme, outrages, or something she has never done before.
