Gaurav joined 4 Life Physiotherapy in June 2022. He completed his Bachelors of Physiotherapy from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, India in 2005, followed by Master’s in Sports Physiotherapy at the prestigious Guru Nanak Dev University, India in 2007. He has accumulated 15 years of academic and clinical experience. Gaurav has worked with various universities, multinational companies, private practice facilities, home care organisations as well as sporting teams across India and Oman.
He has a strong interest in shoulder, knee, and spinal pain. Gaurav has also done certified courses in Spinal Manual Therapy, Mobilisation of the Nervous System, Kinesio-taping and Dry Needling. Gaurav has published 10 research papers in national and international journals.
