Clinical Physiotherapy Classes

From April 1st 2019 all private health funds in Australia stopped the cover of a number of natural therapies, this included Pilates. However, the Australian Physiotherapy Association has worked hard to ensure that Pilates with a Physiotherapist as part of an individualised program would continue to receive rebates in one-on-one and group class settings.

Our Clinical Physiotherapy Classes (Formerly Clinical Pilates Classes) are covered by most Private insurers. The classes and one-on-one sessions focus on the rehabilitation, prevention of injury, correction of postural concerns and help with muscle imbalances. Each participant has an individually tailored, research-based program provided by highly trained Physiotherapists.

Our sessions are a combination of clinically appropriate exercises and include the use of Clinical Pilates equipment including clinical reformers, trapeze table and thoracic barrel in addition to traditional exercises including resistance bands, fitball, wobble board and other Physiotherapy equipment. Each of our classes have no more than 5 participants per class, so you get a very personalised experience.

Here at 4 Life we have introduced new membership options to make our classes more cost effective and hassle free with direct debit billing. When you are on a membership and you find your desirable spot in a class, we will reserve that space for you each week. Our memberships also include a FREE one-on-one review with your Physiotherapist every 6-months (value of $150/year)

As always, we still have our “Class Pass” options available as well as casual class attendance.

So, what are you waiting for? Call today for your assessment with one of our highly trained Physiotherapists.
