Owen joined 4 Life Physiotherapy as a Physiotherapist in November 2023.
Owen completed his studies in the UK, gaining his Physiotherapy degree from Coventry University in 2019, having previously attained a degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences from the University of Leeds in 2013. He has also undertaken several post-graduate courses, including modules in Radiographic Image Interpretation and Leadership for Allied Health Professionals at Sheffield Hallam University and the University of Central Lancashire.
Owen started his career in healthcare as a Support Worker in the community, before taking on his first NHS role as a Physiotherapy Assistant at the Hand Clinic at North Bristol NHS Trust. After graduating, Owen gained over 4 years of experience as a qualified Physiotherapist, working at The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust and Circle Health Group. He has expertise in many branches of the Physiotherapy profession, including Musculoskeletal, Respiratory and Orthopaedics.
Owen worked as a Senior Respiratory Physiotherapist throughout the pandemic in the UK, spending months in the Intensive Care Unit treating and rehabilitating those most affected by COVID-19. He prides himself on taking an evidence-based and holistic approach to his assessment and treatments.

- Although he hails from the town of Rugby, his interest lies mainly in the sport of Football, with one eye firmly fixed on the fortunes of Newcastle United FC.
- He lost his anonymity after a famous win against Chris on the UK television quiz show, Eggheads, before his team ‘E for Intelligent’ lost in the final round with the £1000 cash prize eluding them.
- He recently spent 34 days trekking in the Himalayas, completing the Three Passes trek via Everest Base Camp, followed by the Annapurna Circuit trek, back to back.
- His passion for travelling has taken him to 6 continents, which includes 2 years of exploring Australia on a Working Holiday Visa, as well as trips across South America, Central America, Europe and Asia.
